Beetroot Crackers

INGREDIENTS

  • 🌱 1/2 beet, peeled & steamed
  • 🌱 1/2 cup rolled oats, ground
  • 🌱 2 tbsp cassava flour
  • 🌱 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 🌱 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 🌱 2 tbsp sesame seeds (i mixed black & white)
  • 🌱 salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste|

✨INSTRUCTIONS

  • 🌱 Steam beets until soft, then blend (add a bit oil if needed). Add the rest of the ingredients and rest for 15 min. Split dough into 2 parts
  • 🌱 Roll each part thin between 2 parchment papers, cut into triangles and bake at 350F for 20-25 min or until crispy|
