Courgette Focaccia

📝 Recipe for 1 tray = 2 servings
🕖 Duration: 10 min preparation, 60 min baking

  • Ingredients:
  • 2 courgettes (600g)
  • 2 onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 bunch cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 100 g almond protein
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
  • Salt pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil for baking
  1. Grate zucchini, cut onions, press garlic
  2. Put everything in a large bowl & stir in the remaining ingredients
  3. Spread the dough on a baking sheet, drizzle with oil & cook for 60 min (190 degrees / fan oven)
  4. Let cool completely and enjoy!
