📝 Recipe for 1 tray = 2 servings
🕖 Duration: 10 min preparation, 60 min baking
- Ingredients:
- 2 courgettes (600g)
- 2 onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 250 g flour
- 1 bunch cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 100 g almond protein
- 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
- Salt pepper
- 2 tbsp oil for baking
- Grate zucchini, cut onions, press garlic
- Put everything in a large bowl & stir in the remaining ingredients
- Spread the dough on a baking sheet, drizzle with oil & cook for 60 min (190 degrees / fan oven)
- Let cool completely and enjoy!
