Granola cups:
- 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
Chocolate topping:
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup granola
Instructions
- Take out silicone muffin tray and set aside
- In a large bowl mix oats, flour, peanut butter and maple syrup together well
- Add into muffin tray and press down firmly to form the cups
- Melt chocolate and peanut butter together and pour on top of the granola cups then sprinkle granola across
- Add to fridge or freezer to set completely
- Gently remove from muffin tray and enjoy
