Homemade Bagels

RECIPE (8 bagels, 2h prep time):
-1 1/4 cup (310ml) lukewarm water
-2 Tsp instant yeast
-1 Tbsp sugar
-3 1/2 cups (440g) flour
-a pinch of salt

Mix and knead until it forms a soft dough.Let it rest for 1h, then divide in 8 pieces.
Push the finger through the middle to make the classic bagel shape.
Cook in water for 1min each side.
Brush with vegan cream and optional add some sesame seeds.
Bake at 200C/400F for 20-25mins.
Eat or freeze in a ziplock bag.
