High-protein cottage cheese bread

Ingredients:

  • 500 g of homemade cottage cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 300 g oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon (6g) salt
  • 50 g of linseed
  • 50 g of sunflower seeds
  • 50 g pumpkin seeds
  • Method:
  • Put all the ingredients into a bowl and start mixing with a spoon.
  • Mix by hand until the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  • Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and form a loaf.
  • Bake for 1 hour at 180ºC / 360°F
  • Cool on a rack and enjoy
